Same Voice, Every Page
The privacy notice, the account rules and the cookie page are drafted by one team, so the words used for your data mean the same thing wherever you read them.
This notice sets out what we collect when you open a viper play account, why we hold it and how long it stays with us. Nothing important sits...
viper play runs one account system, but what we can do with a request depends on where you are. If you join from Pakistan, your file sits with the servers handling South Asia traffic, and where local law permits we answer access, correction and deletion requests within thirty days. Some records cannot be removed on request: a settled JazzCash or Easypaisa payment
has to stay for a set period because payment partners and tax rules require it, so we can only delete what we are not obliged to retain. SadaPay and Raast references are reconciled by our finance team and stored apart from your profile. When a request cannot be granted in full, we name the part that is blocked and the rule behind
it.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Privacy questions reach a named person, not a queue. Quote the heading of the clause you are asking about and we route it to the team that owns that record. If your query concerns a particular payment, include the reference shown on your account screen.
Write to our data desk and quote the section heading you are asking about. We reply in writing so you keep a record, usually within one working day for Pakistan accounts.
Open the chat panel inside your signed-in account and pick the privacy topic. It routes to the team holding your records, so you are not asked to repeat details you already gave.
For access, correction or deletion requests, use the written form so we hold your signature. We confirm receipt, then tell you which records we can act on and which we must keep.

This notice does not stand alone. It is written alongside our account rules, cookie page and payment terms, and one team keeps all four in step. Spot a clause here that seems...
The privacy notice, the account rules and the cookie page are drafted by one team, so the words used for your data mean the same thing wherever you read them.
Where the account rules name a record we keep, this page names the same record and adds the retention period, so the two documents never disagree about your file.
The cookie page lists what we store on your device, and this notice explains why those items exist and which ones you can clear from your browser without losing access.
JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast appear in our payment pages in the same way they appear here, so a reconciliation reference is described identically in both places.
Our chat and email team answer from this document, so a question about deletion gets the same reply whether you read it here first or ask a person directly.
When a clause changes, we revise the related wording on the sibling pages in the same pass, so you are never reading two versions of one rule at once.
If a request crosses more than one policy, one handler owns it, and the reference you are given works across this notice, the account rules and the cookie page.
The layout shows how this notice is put together, so you can find a clause without reading the whole thing in order. Short summaries sit above...
The jump row takes you straight to retention, sharing or request rights without scrolling. Tap any label and you land on exactly the clause you came for.
A dated strip sits under the headline, so you always know which version of this notice you are reading and whether it changed since your last visit.
Each clause opens with a short summary in everyday language, then the full text follows underneath for anyone who wants the exact wording we are bound by.
Tables break down what we store, where it sits and how long we keep it, so you can scan a category instead of reading every paragraph in order.
Buttons for access, correction and deletion sit inside your signed-in area, and each one tells you exactly what we need from you before we can act.
The notice reflows on phone screens without hiding clauses behind fold-outs, so you can settle one question mid-commute and finish reading the rest at home.
